Getting more help if needed
If you are unable to find the answer from the support centre we suggest the following:
- Ask another user in your organisation, perhaps an opexo administrator or more frequent user (if that’s not you!)
- Raise a support ticket to support@opexo.com with as much detail as you feel is relevant to your issue, including a phone number if we need to call you back for a faster resolution. We will respond to you in normal working hours, as soon as possible based on the severity level and type of issue (in accordance with our support policy).
